“ 4.5 The restaurant is beautiful including the decor, the staff, and of course the food. My husband and I ate here on Christmas Eve before heading to the light show at TMobile field and I pat myself on the back for finding it. You come for everything that has flour in it; the bread for the tomato soup, the crust on each pizza and the flakey crust of their desserts. In everything we ate we'd take bite after bite and look at each other like we'd just taken the most perfect bite and it didn't stop until our plates were empty. The .5 deduction is because the middle slice of the sausage pizza was a little too soft for our liking but the pesto pizza with different cheese didn't have this issue and was perfection. ”

“ Literally the best pizza ever. Spent Christmas Eve roaming DT with my bf. We couldn't decided on the other 4 choices so we settled on pizza and it was literally so flavorful! Zach wanted the fennel sausage and I got the margarita style one. Both so wonderful, so flavorful and so crispy. Service was so good. The staff was always checking on us and so friendly. I was kind of surprise how many people were inside being that it was Christmas Eve but I enjoyed everything about this place. ”

“ 3.5 Stars Good pizza, but the pickup process was confusing since Dahlia Bakery shares the same space--I kept ordering at the wrong counter by mistake! The $25 pizza was solid, with a commendable sourdough crust--chewy, tangy, and best enjoyed fresh out of the wood-burning oven. The roasted pear, caramelized onion, pancetta, goat cheese, and hot honey combo hit all the right notes--sweet, salty, tangy, and spicy (if you add chili flakes) Great flavors, but the chaotic setup and steep price take it down a notch. Worth a try if you're nearby! ”

“ Is pizza serious? Should pizza ever be serious? I would say, this restaurant is very serious about the quality of the food. These people are simply magicians with dough. The focaccia which came with our soups is ridiculously good. I could have eaten twenty pieces of it. I don't know if they sell the focaccia by itself but if they do, get a ton of it, eat it all, and start your diet tomorrow. There are not that many selections of pizza. Whatever you do, make sure you try the one with sausage. The one with pear, pancetta, goat cheese, and hot honey was very nice but man, that was a lot of different flavors competing with each other. The tomato soup was obviously homemade but could have used a pinch of salt. The soup comes with a smallish piece of that insane focaccia. Service--once we met our server--was excellent. Unfortunately, after being seated, we literally sat at our table for ten minutes without anyone coming by for any reason. I mean, come on now. Was it something I said? My clothes? My smell? The restaurant is very attractively designed. It is modern looking but comfortable, too. The bar is absolutely gorgeous. The Negroni cocktail was terrific. Personally, I prefer thick crust pizza with a ton of cheese and pepperoni but I can appreciate beautiful thin crust pizza with quality ingredients, too. This spot is well worth visiting. ”

Tried the mushroom truffle cheese pizza which was super delicious and a simple cheese for my kid. The crust is everything, so so good. Highly recommend! ”

“ Conveniently located across the street from our hotel, we decided to try this place for a late lunch/early dinner before heading to a concert. The vibe was warm, almost cozy and very welcoming and friendly. We arrived just before 3pm on a Sunday and were promptly greeted and taken to our table which was roomy and had nice comfortable chairs, which was perfect because we'd been walking around downtown all morning. Our server was awesome, he explained the menu and the pizza options taking into account our preferred but also sharing his recommendations. We opted for the mixed greens and charred Brussels to start. The mixed greens were super fresh & vibrant and the charred Brussels were delicious because of the black garlic-sunchoke purée and parmigiano. For our mains we ordered two pies: the sweet fennel sausage, roasted peppers, provolone and added pepperoni as well as the roasted pear, caramelized onion, house pancetta, goat cheese (subbed provolone because they were out of goat cheese), hot honey. Each pizza tasted incredible and because they had such different flavor profiles they complemented each other nicely. The sausage & peppers was like a warm comforting meal and the pear was a perfect balance of savory and sweet, like a good dessert. Service was great. The staff was super attentive and it was just easy, easy to get seated, order, eat, pay, etc. ”
